As a Solution Engineer (m/f/d) – Customer Success you assist our customers in solving software and application problems and support them in issues related to our solution platform isfinancial. In addition, you perform small development tasks as well as modifications of custom configuration and continuously enhance our customers' applications. In this way, you make a valuable contribution to the success of our customers' digitization.
In close cooperation with your engineering colleagues as well as the IT and business departments of our customers, you translate functional requirements into executable business applications and are the expert when it comes to troubleshooting.
