As Technical Architect / Team Lead Tech Sales (m/f/d) you are responsible for the development and expansion of our Tech Sales team and you are the contact person for our customers, responsible for answering all technical questions in all phases of our software sales process. You confidently answer questions about architecture, integration, and security with your technical peers at our existing and new customers.
In the context of software Requests for Information or Proposal (RFIs and RFPs) you answer all technical questions and are available as a contact person. Together with your team, you will support customers during the planning and implementation of Proof of Concept or Proof of Technology projects, which often precede purchase decisions. While preparing the offer, you deliver sizing suggestions based on customer requirements, and support our customers on the way to signing the contract and answer any technical questions about our products and their use.
You will actively educate yourself about new and improved features of our products, as well as about relevant developments in the enterprise software area. Together with your team, you continuously expand our library of sample artifacts, tutorials, FAQs, best practices, and answers questions related to RFPs.
