SUPPORT SPECIALIST (2ND LEVEL) (M/F/D)

As a Support Specialist (m/f) you accompany our customers in solving software problems and questions regarding our solution platform isfinancial. You will perform your tasks in close cooperation with your colleagues from development and support them in problem analysis.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You enjoy communicating with the technical contacts of our customers
  • You have basic knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Java, JavaScript, Application Server, Linux Administration, Databases
  • You can analyze complex customer problems and prepare them for your colleagues in development
  • You enjoy working on your own responsibility
  • You have a good command of German and English, both spoken and written
