As a Support Specialist (m/f/d) 2nd level you analyze complex issues and take responsibility for the fast and secure prioritization of customer concerns. In doing so, you enrich the knowledge pool for our customers and developers and give valuable impulses for our quality management and the advancement of our software. In this central position, you work closely with our customers, engineering teams, and quality department. As a coordinator, you represent the customer's position internally and ensure that the customer receives the best possible solution.

Your ROLE

  • Educational background in IT
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in technical customer support
  • You have basic knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
    • Programming (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript)
    • Automation (scripting)
    • IT administration (Linux, Windows, networks, log analysis)
  • You have gained initial experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Dynamics or Salesforce
  • You can analyze complex customer problems and prepare them for your colleagues in the development department, which makes you an important part of a fast and efficient solution
  • You enjoy communicating with the technical specialists of our customers and strike the right note
  • You like to take responsibility and use your organizational talent to move things forward
  • You enjoy working independently
  • You have a good command of spoken and written German and English
