The Partner Sales team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with knowis’ technology partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners and helping them find ways to grow using knowis’ technology.

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager/ Head of Partner Sales (m/f/d), you will play a key role in leading and scaling partnerships across the enterprise software ecosystem. Our team is focused on working closely with product and engineering. You act as the link between external partner stakeholders and product. You will be responsible for designing and implementing programs to grow technology adoption of these partners and will track and proactively resolve business and technical issues with our partners.

Your Role

  • Perform strategic partner development for our technology portfolio.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage global partners and implement effective business development initiatives that drive results across the business
  • Maintain consultative business relationships with partners and gain exposure to partners’ business initiatives to positively impact the technology adoption
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute an effective strategy and business development process to meet key business goals.
  • Build business plans with partners or internally and lead quarterly business reviews to offer a strategic and analytical perspective of the partnership, identifying areas for improvement and growth
  • Hire, onboard, lead, develop, coach, and retain a professional partner team able to drive not only the current goals and opportunities but also be able to support future growth and strategic direction

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Computer Science or equivalent as a consultant, pre-sales, technical account management, enterprise architect, or equivalent role
  • Basic experience in microservices development, containers, Kubernetes, modern software development practices, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the software development industry or with independent (enterprise) software vendors (ISVs)
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to lead and work with multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Ability to serve as an advocate for your accounts internally and work collaboratively to identify opportunities or resolve issues
  • Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment, also able to work and communicate effectively cross-functionally with all levels of customers, partners, and management, both internally/externally
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
