As Senior Direct Sales Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the direct sales of our banking platform and always align the company's offering with the needs of the market. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to closing – and maintain a regular exchange with new and existing customers as a competent and reliable contact person. In your role, you work closely with the Marketing and Product Management departments to translate market opportunities into actionable sales initiatives.

Your Role

  • You are responsible for the direct sales of innovative banking software that requires explanation
  • You are responsible for building, maintaining and intensifying our customer relationships and identifying potentials for the adoption of further knowis banking solutions
  • You are responsible for the complete sales cycle, from the first contact to product presentations and closing the deal
  • You coordinate the bidding process as well as the response to customer queries (RFPs, RFIs)
  • You actively support the enhancement of our banking platform and service portfolio

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained relevant (at least 7 years) professional experience in an equivalent position
  • You have solid knowledge in selling complex software solutions; industry knowledge in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage
  • You are interested in technical products and solutions and have a good understanding of them
  • You have a sound knowledge of current technological developments in the field of digitization
  • You have a very high willingness to travel and enjoy being on-site at our customers' locations where you impress them with your professional and reliable demeanor
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
