As Senior Account Manager (m/f/d) you create enthusiasm among potential customers for our banking technology platform isfinancial and develop customer relationships in D-A-CH from opportunity to key account. You know the challenges of long sales cycles, you have experience in cloud/SaaS solution selling and see your strengths in relationship and transaction management. Together with a team of SME and product specialists you lead opportunities to closing. You identify use cases with the prospect, address and convince the buying center together with the deal team in deep dives and PoCs. You support the prospect in the approval phase and lead through the contract negotiations with commitment and confidence. You never lose sight of the closing and you continuously develop your existing customers on the basis of solid account strategies.

Your Role

  • You develop opportunities and existing customers in line with revenue planning and go-to-market
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders (Head of Digitization, Head of Organization, Head of Business Unit)
  • You are a competent and engaging representative towards customers, in line with our "thought-leadership" approach
  • You create proposals and ownership for all RfP/ RfI documents
  • Preparation and follow-up of inspiring deep-dives and PoCs/ PoTs
  • Leading commercial and contractual negotiations with a strong focus on closing

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position in the financial services sector
  • Management of complex buying center/stakeholder structures
  • Proven success in solution selling as well as strength in addressing objections
  • Solid technical understanding of cloud/SaaS solutions
  • Methodical approach of managing opportunities and developing accounts
  • Experience in efficient management of deal teams/experts
  • Banking expertise is a plus
  • German is your native language and you are business fluent in written and spoken English
