As Sales Manager (m/f/d) you are a key player in our market development in D-A-CH. Your task is to secure the pipeline for our banking technology platform isfinancial (ISF) based on the go-to-market strategy and to generate qualified opportunities for our account management.

You generate and qualify contacts based on your own initiatives or manage our sales partners in lead generation. Based on prepared use cases, you illustrate the fit of the platform for our target persona's digital roadmap and thus develop validated opportunities. You use existing sales assets and, on the basis of customer contacts, are responsible for their further development. In all your activities, you take a structured and data-driven approach. You gain insights into best practices / anti-patterns from the data and successively strengthen the effectiveness of the funnel.

Your Role

  • Specify and operationalize initiatives to build a strong pipeline driven by data, including managing service providers in lead generation and lead qualification
  • Coverage of all leads in Sales-Ready or Sales-Qualified status and assurance of sales-impacting contact frequency
  • Generation and validation of opportunities from contacts with the status Sales Qualified Lead
  • Further development of decks and demos on level-0 (initial contact) and level-1 (emerging opportunities)
  • Close interaction with market development team members:
    • Marketing: acquisition of leads from marketing initiatives
    • Tech sales: joint preparation, execution, and follow-up of customer situations
    • Account management: handover of generated, validated opportunities
  • Continuous management and monitoring of initiatives in HubSpot and other sales tools

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position; ideally in Financial Services
  • Proven track record in measurable pipeline generation
  • Understanding of success criteria in selling cloud/SaaS solutions, technical affinity, and willingness to dive into our platform ISF
  • Passion for a growing, mid-sized company
  • German is your first language and you are fluent in English (corporate language)
  • Knowledge and a network in the banking market D-A-CH is a plus
