As an Organization and Process Manager (m/f/d), you support all organizational issues of a medium-sized IT company, especially regarding the regulatory requirements of our customers in the financial sector. You will be responsible for analyzing our existing processes, developing optimization concepts and implementing them in close cooperation with our departments and customers. You visualize and document the processes in a process management tool.

In close collaboration with your team, you will develop organizational development-specific concepts for adapting the organizational structure and processes and implement the associated change projects.

At knowis you have the opportunity to grow and to gain expertise in future issues. You will be responsible for the implementation and operationalization of key regulatory requirements and legal requirements for IT. You will also act as a contact person for internal and external certifications (quality management, data protection or IT security).

Your Role

  • Definition and analysis of process flows and development of optimization strategies
  • Creation of organizational development specific concepts in all questions of the organization of a medium-sized IT company
  • Providing cross-departmental advice to employees on organizational and legal issues as well as drafting internal guidelines
  • Ensuring internal communication and compliance with existing organizational guidelines
  • Participation in / independent management of projects and work packages
  • Ensuring audit compliance: fulfillment of requirements from contracts with customers, suppliers, and laws as well as external certification according to DIN ISO 9001/27001

Your Profile

  • You have completed training in business administration or have a university degree (business administration, administrative informatics) and gained professional experience in a comparable position
  • You ideally have practical experience in introducing IT process frameworks (e.g. ITIL) or in certifying a company according to ISO 9001 or 27001
  • You work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner and enjoy challenging and varied tasks
  • You have a confident personality, strong communication skills, the ability to deal with conflicts and take decisions
  • You enjoy working in a team and are motivated to take on responsibility
  • Very good command of German and English (company language)
