As Organization & Contract Manager (m/f/d) you act as the contact person and coordinator for contract management and are responsible for the creation and implementation of organizational and solution concepts. You evaluate contractual rights and obligations and put them into practice in the organization. You lead projects and work packages autonomously and actively participate in their realization. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining our auditability (fulfillment of legal requirements and requirements from contracts with customers and suppliers).

Your Role

  • You support the Head of Strategy & Organization in all organizational tasks, particularly with regard to the financial regulatory requirements of our clients
  • You advise employees from different departments on legal issues and create internal guidelines
  • You coordinate and carry out the process monitoring of draft contracts and legal opinions in close cooperation with external lawyers and business departments
  • You create organizational development concepts for adapting the organizational structure
  • You are responsible for the realization and operationalization of essential regulatory requirements and legal demands on IT
  • You act as the contact person for internal and external certifications (quality management, data protection, and IT security)

Your Profile

  • You have a degree (CCI or bachelor) in law or economics or a comparable education with significant work experience
  • You have at least two years of experience in a comparable professional field
  • You have specialized knowledge and practical experience in contract law, ideally in the IT sector or in the financial sector
  • Ideally you have experience in process organization or project management
  • You work reliably and autonomously and are able to organize your tasks independently
  • You have a confident demeanor, strong communication and conflict management skills as well as decision-making ability
  • You enjoy working in a team and are motivated to take on responsibility
  • You are able to think holistically and connect the dots
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
