As HR Manager (m/f/d) you are the backbone of all HR processes and responsible for the entire recruiting process and employee support within the complete employee lifecycle, from recruiting employees until they leave the company. You take over the preparatory payroll accounting and communication with the external tax office and contribute proactively and continuously on optimizing our HR processes.

Your Role

  • Personnel management from recruitment until the employee leaves and the administration of personnel records
  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from job posting to applicant management and all the way to onboarding
  • Carrying out preparatory payroll accounting, in cooperation with our external tax office
  • Drafting personnel-relevant contractual documents and records (employment contracts, supplementary agreements, employer references, etc.)
  • Managing our benefits programs such as company pension plan, business bike, etc.
  • Contact person for personnel-relevant issues of employees and managers while considering and applying current laws and regulations
  • Preparation of statistics and providing key figures
  • Booking business trips and preparation of reports on travel expenses

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of professional experience in the field of human resources, ideally in a software company
  • You are enthusiastic about new trends in HR and recruiting and take advantage of the best practices for your work
  • You remain calm in busy situations in which everyone needs something from you at the same time and the phone rings
  • You work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way and enjoy challenging and diverse tasks
  • You are distinguished by good manners, commitment, and organizational talent
  • You communicate very well and have a professional, convincing, and friendly manner
  • Very good command of German and English (corporate language)

It is also possible to fill the position as a part-time job (approx. 20 hours per week). We are looking forward to your application!
