As Commercial Director (m/f/d) Sales ISF you are the head of our market development in D-A-CH for our banking technology platform isfinancial (ISF). In coordination with the Executive Board and in synchronization with Product Management, you develop a go-to-market strategy that ensures the commercial success of the isfinancial platform. You translate the strategy into a concrete plan for market development and monitor the effectiveness of the corresponding measures based on KPIs or OKRs. You lead a team of specialists in marketing, business development and account management and are the "role model" for customer and deal orientation. You feel comfortable in a medium-sized organization and want to play a decisive role in the further growth of the company.

Your Role

  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of a team of specialists from marketing, business development, and account management as well as expansion of this ISF sales team
  • Planning, synchronization, operationalization, and adjustment of the go-to-market of our isfinancial platform in D-A-CH
  • Responsibility for license sales to existing customers ("land and expand") based on acquisition and wallet sizing strategies
  • Responsibility for license sales to new customers on the basis of a marketing and sales pipeline that is reliable at all times
  • Synchronization with tech sales for further development of demo kits and scoping, prioritization for PoCs, PoTs as well as enablement measures
  • Senior coverage of new and existing customers and "role model" in all aspects of customer and close orientation
  • Ongoing performance measurement and reporting to management

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of senior/executive experience in sales and account management for cloud/SaaS solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in planning and executing GtM strategies
  • Strong footprint in banking or financial services is desirable
  • Proven track record in closing enterprise SaaS deals
  • Experience in building and developing a sales organization
  • Analytically and strategically strong, deal-oriented and a credible sales lead in the team
  • Passion for a growing, mid-sized company
  • German is your native language and you are business fluent in written and spoken English
