Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners and helping them find ways to grow using knowis’ technology.

As a Cloud Solution Architect (m/f/d) you are the technical expert and advisor to the partner’s sales teams. You understand the client's business requirements, technical requirements and/or competitive landscape. You apply your business insights, build and maintain partner relationships, incorporate software and services into client-valued solutions and ensure client readiness for the implementation of technical solutions. Your Role

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in driving the partner’s innovation agenda, by bringing an independent point of view to recommended technologies
  • Demonstrate superior product and architectural knowledge in presentations and workshops
  • Provide technical sales support which may include collaboration with partner (technical) sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions, deliver Proof of Concept and answer technical questions
  • Create technical sales collaterals (content and technical assets) for new technical use cases or enablement purposes; develop and deliver technical educations or developer labs
  • Proactively share insights and recommended practices gained from cross-client engagements within the partner community. Identify and scale successful adoption of re-usable assets/ patterns and use cases
  • Co-create solutions with internal teams or external partners, applying broad technical skills, deep industry knowledge, market competitiveness, and “out of the box” thinking

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in creating and maintaining IT solutions e.g., as an Architect, Software Pre-Sales Professional, Software Services, Consulting, or similar role
  • Expert level skills and hands-on experiences on Kubernetes / OpenShift based architectures and cloud-native / container approaches
  • Expert level skills in designing and implementing enterprise cloud solutions, based on modern microservices architectures, leveraging the cloud-native (open source) ecosystem (e.g. Kafka, MongoDB, Tekton, etc) in an enterprise context (including e.g. HA / Disaster Recovery).
  • Hands-on experience working in a CI/CD software development lifecycle and proficient coding skills preferably in java/spring.boot.
  • Sales & business acumen, and the ability to translate between technical and business levels
  • Proven track record of building lasting customer relationships
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
